" We contacted Paul as our roof was in a bad way. Paul came out the next day to take a look. He went up on the roof, took the time to take a number of photos and show us the problems he’d found. Paul was very quick to respond to our emails, answering any questions we had, no matter what they were. He diligently fitted us into his schedule and it wasn’t long before he and his team were back. They tackled many issues from replacing the membrane to restoring eroded pointing and damaged bricks. Paul and his team were very thorough and the roof is in a far better state for it. Thanks! "
